Armen is licensed in both NY State and New Jersey and has almost a decade of combined real estate experience in both states. He has brought his skills and experience to the real estate industry by being a listings specialist. He has witnessed the real estate industry’s expansion and contraction, while successfully navigating through all the upsides and the downsides of the marketplace, while utilizing his extensive marketing and business education; coupled with an innate understanding of what his clients need and want.

armen specializes in single family homes, co-ops, condos, and townhouses in the New York City area, and brings to the table his unique experience with pre-foreclosed properties, commercial real estate and multi- family unit investment properties.

He holds a double Master’s from NYU and University of California, specializing in Marketing and Business (Dean’s Lister) and Business Administration for International Marketing, respectively. He has worked international sales and marketing, selling industrial filtration systems in Europe, the Middle East, N. Africa, and Canada. His marketing expertise both locally and internationally has given him an edge to being a successful listing agent and a foreign buyer specialist.

in addition to having close to 20 years of marketing and sales experience, he has worked in an analytical advisory position for companies such as Bear Stearns and AXA Advisors. These skills honed his analytical sense for not just for market trends and analyses, but he is able to marry it with valuable marketing strategies.

He has been exposed to diverse cultures throughout his life making him flexible in being able to relate to a wide variety of cultures and people. He was educated in Iran, Paris, Armenia and the United States; and is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Armenian and Farsi.
